    All employees are given the responsibility and authority to identify problems, initiate solutions to those problems, and to control further processing of affected product. This includes preventing shipment of Nonconforming materials or product, until satisfactory Corrective Action has been taken. 

    Our Quality Management System will be periodically reviewed, consistently applied, continuously measured and rigorously enforced.
